We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions, but you can cancel at any time without fee, or hassle. For annual subscriptions, we offer cancellations and refunds based on a pro-rated amount according to the monthly plan price.
Delivery Time
In our Premium WordPress Support, included in all plans, you can expect our team to respond within an average time frame of 2-6 hours. For resolving your requests, we usually complete them within 12-48 hours on average. Many clients experience even faster turnaround times, especially for smaller edits.
Your website is continuously monitored. If it goes offline, we are immediately alerted and prioritize getting it back online.
The Premium plan encompasses a wide range of design services. Basic graphic design tasks typically take about 1 business day. However, more complex tasks like website design, presentation decks, and infographics require more time to be completed. For instance, you can expect to receive a first draft or wireframe of a page within a business day.
The Advanced plan offers Custom illustrations, website & landing page design (we also accommodate website builders upon request), logos & branding, animated GIFs (up to 5 seconds), and professional motion graphics. The latter usually takes around two days for a first draft.
Several factors can influence turnaround time, including the complexity of the requested design, the number of ongoing requests, and providing clear instructions. This ensures our designers can efficiently meet your requirements and potentially expedite the process.
